About the Role
Are you a strategic doer who loves rolling up your sleeves to get things done? We’re looking for a Strategic and Operations / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, you are someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll drive high-impact initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and help shape the future of our organization through a blend of project management, PMO leadership, Operating model design, analysis work, strategic planning and hands-on work. You’ll be a key player in turning big and sometimes small ideas into tangible results and repeatable business and operational models.

Kamux is a retail chain specialized in used cars operating in Finland, Sweden and Germany. Our operating model is a seamless combination of digital commerce and an extensive showroom network, enabling excellent customer experience regardless of time or place.
Our operating model is based on professional sourcing and sales, low fixed costs, rapid inventory turnover, and sales of integrated services. We move fast and have a low hierarchy.
Founded in Hämeenlinna, Finland, in 2003, Kamux operates in Finland, Sweden and Germany. At the end of 2024, the company had in total 69 showrooms. Since its founding, Kamux has sold almost 600,000 used cars.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver strategic projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Establish and evolve PMO practices, tools, and governance to drive consistency and efficiency across initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and help to deliver the results.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and momentum.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes and strategic alignment.
- Support operating model development and alignment across the group and countries.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in delivering results in project management, PMO, and strategic planning roles. You have successfully taken end-to-end responsibility of significant work streams or projects, defining the work needed and executing it.
- A hands-on leader and doer who’s equally comfortable in the management team environment and in the field. Natural tendency for ownership - there is plenty of hands-on work for every role at Kamux
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a knack for simplifying complexity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A strategic doer that drives for sustainable business impact
- Analytical skills: you’ll work with data every single day. Spreadsheet is a must-have and SQL is highly beneficial
- Good Finnish and English language skills (written and spoken) are a must in this role, Swedish and German are also a plus.

What is your background
- Minimum 2-4+ years of experience from Management Consulting / Strategy and Operations role / Business Development role from an international company or from a consulting company.
